HRH Princess Sālote Mafile'o Pilolevu Tuita shared a heartwarming message, encouraging Tongans in the diaspora, as well as all Pacific people, to learn their languages and ensure they thrive.  

This year's theme is ‘E tu’uloa ‘a e lea faka-Tongá ‘o ka lea’aki ‘i ‘api, siasí (lotú), mo e nofo-‘a-kāingá - The Tongan Language will be sustainable when used at home, church and in the wider community. Over the duration of the week, PMA will release a series of short videos as HRH Princess Sālote Mafile'o Pilolevu Tuita shares about her memories with the late Her Majesty Queen Sālote Tupou III, Tongan protocols and traditions and the importance of language weeks, especially for young people today.
