GP Fellow – Etu Pasifika Christchurch

We are looking for a GP Fellow for our Integrated Primary Care Clinic in Christchurch.

This role is Full-time, 40 hours a week.

ETU Pasifika is an Integrated Primary Care Clinic based in Christchurch. Our Model of Care is built on strong relationships to achieve positive outcomes for our families. Grounded in Pacific shared values and the belief that β€œit takes a village to raise a child,” we operate within a multidisciplinary village environment, working together to provide holistic support.

The Clinical GP role will play a key part in supporting a dynamic and highly motivated leadership team, which includes leads in Nursing, Mental Health, Social Support, and Administration. This team is responsible for shaping and advancing the strategic and operational development of services that support families and communities across Christchurch.

We are looking for a suitably qualified and vocationally registered Fellow of the College of GPs. Experience working with Pacific, refugee, or migrant communities is preferred, and cultural capability within a community setting would be an advantage. However, we also offer support and training in this area.

A passion for data and the ability to lead performance improvement initiatives will be essential for success in this role. You will embrace innovation, adaptability, and a flexible approach to service delivery.

Etu Pasifika is not a traditional General Practice model with 10-minute appointments. Instead, we offer an integrated, village-based approach that is responsive to the unique needs of those we serve.
